Reservations/ Terms & Conditions
We encourage you to make reservations as far in advance as possible in order to reserve the date you want.
For full-day and 2-day Safaris, a one-third non refundable deposit is required to confirm a reservation. For Custom Itineraries, a 50% deposit is due with your reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to scheduled safari date. Reservations cancelled 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund of balance. Reservations cancelled with less than 7 days notice will be charged full booking rate.
Yellowstone Safari Company reserves the right to cancel any trip for purposes of safety and security at any time. We also reserve the right to not serve or preclude participation of any person who is determined by our guide to be unsafe or disruptive to the public. Under all circumstances, when Yellowstone Safari Company cancels a safari, all payments received will be refunded to guests affected. We do recommend you obtain a travel insurance.
Safety is given highest priority, however with any activity are inherent risks. Our clients are required to sign an Acknowledgement of Risk form.
All our safaris and tours are smoke-free. Thank you for your understanding.
Gratuities are not built into our rates. They are appreciated but are not required and we believe they should be given as a reward for excellent service. While any "tip" is, of course, appreciated, amounts representing 10 to 20% have been the average. Please feel free to call our office if you need a better feel for appropriate amounts.
