Trip Details Our llama treks provide guests with a unique perspective of the Yellowstone backcountry. Guests are always encouraged to participate in loading, caring for the llamas, and setting up camp.  Hiking with llamas is a lot of fun! We hike from 3 to 6 miles a day, depending on the terrain and distance to the campsites.  We set up camp in designated park campsites, near trees or by a river, often with great views.
