Allen Jones

Allen Jones took his first trip into Yellowstone when he was nine years old. More than forty years later, he transitioned from a career in publishing back to his first obsession: Yellowstone National Park. As a writer, his books include an introduction to the Park, Yellowstone for Kids, and a guide to seasonal traveling in Montana, Great Montana Weekends. A lifelong outdoorsman, Allen enjoys few things more than sharing the history, geology, and wildlife of the place that Yellowstone’s first travelers called “Wonderland.”
