Her photography work has taken her around the United States, working both on land and at sea, capturing unique images while staying focused on the importance of ethical wildlife imagery. Elizabeth’s photographs have been published in numerous outlets and displayed through a variety of exhibitions. Behind all of her accolades is a commitment to conservation, a love for wildlife, and a joy in sharing it all with her guests.

Bio
As the daughter of an Oaxacan artist, Elizabeth has been immersed in art and nature from a young age. With a diverse background in wildlife guiding, S.T.E.M. education, media communications, zoo keeping, and fine art photography, Elizabeth brings a unique multifaceted perspective to her craft. Her fine art work earned her the 2019 Hanna S. Barsam Excellence in Photography Award, and her photography has also been exhibited at Spectrum Art Gallery and its satellite exhibitions, and published in numerous other outlets, including the LA Times.
Elizabeth’s career in the outdoors was inspired by her time as an AZA accredited zookeeper. She’s since become galvanized to experience & photograph America’s majestic wildlife roaming throughout their native habitats. For the last decade, Elizabeth’s career has taken her around the United States, from the wilds of Alaska to the white-waters of Tennessee. She’s now settled into the Greater Yellowstone Area as one of our premier photography specialists here at the Yellowstone Safari Company.
