Matt has a passion to connect people with nature and draw attention to our position in the cosmos. Outside of guiding and ski patrolling, Matt teaches photography at MSU and is an Access Ambassador for Public Land and Water Association, promoting and defending public land access around Montana.

Bio

Matt is a photographer, adventurer, storyteller, and outdoorsman with more than a decade of experience as an outdoor professional. While obtaining his Bachelor’s degree in photography at Montana State, Matt also completed an Emergency Medical Technical certificate and has worked as a Ski Patroller at Big Sky and instructed EMS education courses. His ideal weekend involves recreating in and exploring the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem with his Siberian husky, Sacha.
